I am down 8 pounds from 2 1/2 weeks ago. I’ve been running with my soccer team and on the treadmill. And Shadow is getting plenty of play time. I’ve also cut out junk foods (to some degree). I have been staying away from candies and cookies and stuff like that. I’ve been eating my oatmeal. Drinking water/tea/coffee instead of soda. I’m back down to where I was before I got sick. I’m feeling more energized and in general I’m feeling better about me. And the annoying thing about this is my pants keep slipping down. I’m always having to hike them back up. Guess I need to find that belt again.
