Good Service

I thought this was needed. A page where I can recommend people or businesses that provide great service. If you know of someone you want to brag on and mention as a great service provider … leave a comment. I’ll kick this off with mentioning the most recent positive experience I had with service. It’s here because of the furnace not working. And because I got service from someone who understands service. Jamie Stamm from Stamm Heating and Air, LLC (he’s one of the owners of the business) is the guy to call if you need service, repair, replacement, or new construction installation of HVAC equipment. Jamie squeezed me in and fixed my furnace and showed me what to do to fix it myself if it ever happens again. Call up Jamie at 937-313-5481. He will answer his phone 24hrs a day for emergency service. Thanks Jamie!!

  1. Do you need a massage? I didn’t think I did, but after having one, I highly recommend it. If you are in Dayton and would like to get one I would say the best place is Joga Somatic Arts. They are located in Centerville off of Yankee Road. I had my massage with Jo Groth. She did a great job! Very professional and really worked on the sore spots bothering me. AND gave me tips about warming up before weight lifting and running and stretches to do afterwards. Give Jo a call at 937-672-4962. A full hour is $65 and that includes all taxes. And no tipping is permitted!

  2. I have a place to recommend to you .. It’s called Wash Your Dog! Their web site is http://www.washyourdog.net/

Excellent service! Great prices! Dog lovers through and through!

  3. Chop House! If you love steak or prime rib .. or even a great salad that is the place to go. Granted it’s a bit price, but not any worse than any other steak house. They have things down to a science. Service was excellent! For my family of four it only cost $59 plus tip.

  4. Montgomery Inn in Montgomery, Ohio. This is the original location. We had dinner there last Saturday. I got a slab of ribs, the wife got the chicken and ribs combo, D1 had a dinner salad (she’s a vegetarian) and D2 got a burger. Or course with the meals you get a salad and a side … I got the baked sweet potato and a salad with FF Honey Mustard. Service there is always excellent. We hardly had to wait for our food. Drinks were promptly refilled without having to ask. Fresh bread was constantly supplied … and of course the food is top notch!!

  5. Verizon Wireless in Circuit City behind the Dayton Mall – ask for Stephanie Goelz.

  6. Jigglin’ George’s of Gatlinburg … My JG had been acting up recently. I emailed John and Jackie about the problem. They told me to ship it back and John would repair it for $50 (includes return shipping). I asked if I could just wait and bring it down to Gatlinburg with me when we came down. Jackie said that wouldn’t be a problem provided I could be there before 6pm Thursday. John was talking time off to visit with family and the repairs would have to wait until he got back.

I dropped it off on Thursday around 4pm. John said he’d have it fixed in about 20 minutes. I kinda of doubted that because of the number of people in the store so I told him I’d stop by after dinner.

I got back to the store around 6:30 and it was finished. Parts were $15 … Thanks John!
